You are likely already familiar with property promotion ads but if not, let me catch you up to speed…
Property promotion ads allow you to advertise your hotel in more prominent positions in search results for more general enquiries, increasing your visibility.
They are a great way to push your business towards users who are unsure as to where they want to stay when looking to go on holiday in a specific location. For instance, if a user searches “hotels in Spain,” and this is a term that you are targeting, they will be able to easily locate information about your business directly via the platform and narrow down on their final decision based on their requirements such as:
- Rooms
- Amenities
- Rating
- Free Cancellation etc.
Now of course the above information about your business can still be seen via regular Hotel Campaigns. The difference is your listing will be prioritized into higher positions above your competitors, increasing the potential of new prospects learning about your business.

What Do You Need For Property Promotion Ads?
Before you get started you will need a few things:
- A GoogleAds account: Without this you will not be able to run the ads!
- An Active Hotel Center account: This will also need to be linked up to your GoogleAds
- Have a working landing page or be active on book on Google
- Provide an image or images that follows GoogleAds policies
Providing the above is all in place, you can set up property promotion ads by creating a new ad group and select the property promotion ad group type.
